Catching Up!

While Mom and Dad (Fehr) were still here, we enjoyed a most delicious Bolivian meal with my cousin Colleen and her family!

Zal loves his bath time, although he always lets us know when he's had enough. Yesterday, this involved violent kicking of the legs!

First Kendra left to New York, then Dave left to Stony Rapids (for 11 days), and lastly, Mom and Dad returned to Bolivia (for a WHOLE year and ONLY a year, right Dad?). Zal and I were left to figure out life on our own. We kept pretty busy, maybe a bit too busy, as I'm still trying to figure out what I can and can't handle with baby. 

We met Laura and Kevin, Ashlyn, and Olivia and Uncle Elmer and Aunt Shirley at the Berry Barn. :)

Zal and I went to church on our own two Sundays in a row; both were somewhat of a gong show, even after the sweet smile he flashed me on our way out the door. Thankfully, we were able to go out for coffee with good friends afterwards, to make up for it.We managed our first major shopping trip on our own. As you can see, Zal enjoyed every minute of it! :)

And, finally, family is with us once again. Mom and Dad (Kent) and Rachel arrived on July 6th, with Dave arriving the following day. My next posting will show many more pics of the memorable visit!
